How Do I Order?

If you would like to place an order please contact us on 07947 065530 or email info@lucymarshall.com We may wish to ask you a few questions regarding your dress and your colour scheme to ensure that our product works perfectly with your wedding outfit.

How do I pay?

We require a 50% deposit on all orders. Cheques should be made payable to Lucy Griffiths and sent to: 'Lucy Marshall, 31 Fulford st, Old Trafford, Manchester, M16 9PX' Arrangements for bank transfers can be made if necessary. Full payment will be required before your order is sent to you.

How is my order delivered?

Your order will be beautifully packaged and delivered to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery. You will need to sign for the parcel and may therefore want it to be delivered to your daytime address.

How long does my order take?

As each order is individually made by hand, please allow from 6 - 8 weeks for your order to be delivered. You may wish to have your order in time for a hair trial or dress fitting so please bear this in mind.

What if my order is urgent?

If you genuinely have an urgent order please still contact us. We will do everything we can to help although this may incur a surcharge.

Do you offer refunds?

As everything is made to order and to your personal requirements we regret that we are not able to offer refunds.

Samples

If you are interested in a certain item we can send you a sample to view. The cost of this service is £15. If you place an order, the Sample Service fee will be deducted from the final price.
