Lucy Marshall is a mother and daughter partnership which brings together their technical and design skills. Maureen was trained at the Royal School of Needlework whilst Lucy has studied and worked in the fashion industry both as a designer and a pattern cutter.

The label is inspired by the sheer beauty and skill found in tradional hand embroidery and beading. Drawing on the techniques of these traditions, Lucy MArshall creates intricate pieces of work,all of which are worked individually by hand.

It is the hand embroidery and beading which is at the heart of Lucy Marshall and defines their product. Each design looks precious and unique.

The label initially started designing bridal gloves as Maureen and Lucy felt there was very little choice for the discerning customer. Gloves often looked like an afterthought in a wedding outfit and they wanted to create ones which worked with the bridal gown. The collection has now expanded with the addition of other bridal accessories. The headpieces offer an elegant and original alternative to the traditional tiara.

Lucy Marshall is a bespoke collection; each design is tailored to the brides individual needs. Fabric, beads and threads can be altered to ensure they complement the bridal gown.
