Ordering

How Do I Order?

We may wish to ask you a few questions regarding your dress and your colour scheme to ensure that our product works perfectly with your wedding outfit.

How do I pay?

We require a 50% deposit on all orders.
Cheques can be made payable to Lucy Marshall and sent to 31 Fulford St, Manchester M16 9PX
Arrangements for bank transfers can be made if necessary.
Full payment will be required before your order is sent to you.

How is my order delivered?

Your order will be beautifully packaged and delivered to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
You will need to sign for the parcel and may therefore want it to be delivered to your work address.

How long does my order take?

Each order is individually made, please allow from 6 - 8 weeks for your order to be delivered.
You may wish to have your order in time for a hair trial or dress fitting so please bear this in mind.

What if my urgent is order?

If you genuinely have an urgent order please still contact us. We will do everything we can to help although this may incur a surcharge.

Do you offer refunds?

As everything is made to order and to your personal requirements we are do not offer refunds.
