Sample Service

If you are interested in a certain item we can send you a sample to view. The cost of this service is £15. If you place an order, the Sample Service fee will be deducted from the final price.

We also require a deposit covering the cost of the product as shown on our website. Please note that we only send out a single glove for samples and as such the deposit for gloves will be half the listed price. We recommend that you send two seperate cheques payable to Lucy Marshall; the first cheque covering the service fee and the second for the deposit. Once the sample has been returned the deposit will be returned to you immediately. The deposit will not be refunded if the sample is not returned or has been unreasonably damaged.

Samples must be returned within 3 days of receiving them. When returning samples to us, please use Royal Mail special delivery, and ensure the sample is well protected in its original packaging. We have a limited amount of samples and therefore it is advisable to let us know as soon as possible if you would like the sample for a specific date, such as a dress fitting or hair trial.
